"Some people discover their calling later in life. Mine found me early. From the time I was a kid, I was drawn to building; the smell of fresh-cut lumber, the rhythm of tools, the satisfaction of creating something real with my hands. Construction wasn’t just work to me; it was a language I understood before I even knew how to explain it.

At 16, I moved to Virginia, and that’s where everything changed. I started at the bottom, a laborer sweeping floors, hauling lumber, doing whatever needed to be done. But I paid attention. I watched. I learned. Within a few years, I worked my way up to foreman. The real turning point came when I met Johnny Gurganus, a master carpenter who became more than a mentor, he became the craftsman who shaped the craftsman in me. Under Johnny, I soaked up everything: precision, discipline, problem-solving, and the pride of doing things the right way, even when no one was watching. 
 
In 2007, I returned to the islands with experience, confidence, and a hunger to grow. I worked for several companies and eventually became a senior project manager, overseeing large builds and learning the business side of construction: scheduling, budgeting, client relationships, and leadership. By 2018, I knew it was time, time to take everything I had learned and build something of my own.

So I started my General Contracting business.

At first, it was just me and a good friend, grinding day and night, taking on whatever projects came our way. But word travels fast when you treat people right. I had built strong relationships over the years, and those relationships became my first clients. One project led to another. One referral turned into five. And before long, we weren’t just a small operation anymore. Fast forward a few years, we grew to a team of 16 skilled men, each one bringing pride, craftsmanship, and heart to the job.

From a kid who loved building… To a young man shaped by hard work and mentorship… To a business owner leading a team across the islands…
